John W. EVERSON

Word is received by relatives in this county of the sudden death of John W. EVERSON at his home in Blanchester, Ohio Wed. The meager details are to the effect that Mr. Everson had been enjoying excellent health during the winter but while working in his celler became stricken with a form of heart disease from which he quickly passed away. John Everson was well and favorably known in this county where he lived many years. He was born in Butler Co OH but came here in 1866 when a young man. He lived in the neighborhood of Whitesville, Ladoga and Alamo until 1910 when he returned to Ohio to reside. He was a hale fellow well met and numbered as his friends all those who came within the influence of his cheerful presence. He was married to Nancy Miller and to them were born 3 sons: Newton, Harry and Ernest. Newton is a resident of Madison Twp and the other sons live in CIncinnati. Besides the widow and sons, the deceased is survived by two brothers, William of this city and Valentine of Nashville, Tenn and one siter, Mrs. JK Everson of this place. The body will be sent here for burial and will arrive Saturday noon on the Big Four from the east. It will be taken to the home of OP Everson, his nephew, 622 E. Pike where funeral services will be held Sun morning at 10:30 at which service the local Masons will official. Burial in Masonic Cemetery.
